Activities
  • 09:00 AM Gates Open: Camping spots are first-come, first-served, but with plenty of room for all, no worries there. The gear exchange is open until 3 pm.
  • 01:00 PM Beer Booth: On-site cold beer available until 9:00 PM.
  • 05:00 PM Open Mic: Till 6:30 pm
  • 06:00 PM Dinner Time: Pasta dinner provided on-site by the Quincy Elks Lodge at Old Town inside the fairgrounds.
  • 07:00 PM Live Music: Continuing the dinner with live music from a local band at Old Town inside the fairgrounds.
  • 09:00 PM End of Day: Festivities end for the day.

Saturday, June 27

  • 08:00 AM Breakfast with Heroes: Pancake breakfast provided by the Quincy Volunteer Fire Department at Station #1 until 10 am.
  • 09:00 AM Gear Exchange: Open and available until 3 pm.
  • 10:00 AM Pizza and Fun: Pizza, bowling, and outdoor games at Sierra Bella Lanes bowling alley (available for purchase).
  • 01:00 PM Elk’s Beer Booth: Open until 9 pm.
  • 01:30 PM Horseshoe Tournament: Hosted tournament by Quincy Elks with cash prizes at the fairgrounds until 3 pm.
  • 03:30 PM Trail Show: The PCT comes to Town Hall Theatre with a showing of Walk in the Woods and last year’s trail vlogs.
  • 06:00 PM Rich Bar Tap House: Live music, food, and cold beers available at Rich Bar for purchase.
  • 09:00 PM End of day: Festivities end for the day.

Sunday, June 28

  • 08:00 AM Breakfast In Town: Breakfast available at Elk’s Lodge (sandwiches and burritos) or Patti’s Thunder (American Dinner) for purchase.
  • 09:00 AM Sunday Service: For those who want to attend, transport to and from Quincy churches will be available. Gear exchange opens until 2 pm.
  • 10:00 AM Pool Time: Swimming at Pioneer Park pool, swimwear mandatory (will have swimwear available).
  • 12:00 PM Pool BBQ: BBQ at Pioneer Park Pool until 1:00 pm.

Monday, June 29

  • 09:00 AM Final Closure: All camping is closed and evacuated.
